  • Struvite stones: Struvite stones are formed due to ammonia in the urine, where the ammonia will get formed due to bacteria in our bodies.
  • Uric acid stones: Uric acid stones will get formed if there is a chance of high sugar in the body, or if you are a person suffering from diarrhoea, then there is a high chance of uric acid stones.
  • Cystine stones: Cystine stones will form, but it is rarer to form where it will form if there is a chance of specific amino acid in the body.

To avoid kidney stones naturally, there are several ways, and they are:

Reduce the usage of Salts

Kidney stones are formed due to the formation of crystals that are the combined form of salts; to reduce the kidney stones eating food with a reduced amount of salts is a good to go. Having food with a medium or less salt is good to go.

Drink Plenty of Water

Apart from reducing the salts, drinking plenty of water is good to go, where it will dissolve and neutralise the presence of salts in the body. Drinking 4 litres of water in the body every day is good; that keeps our body hydrated, and neutralised, balances the sweat rate in the body, and is done with the proper urination at regular intervals.

Having Fresh Lime Juice

After drinking water, drinking fresh lime juice is the best option because it contains almost 50% of water content in it. After having it, it will keep you hydrated, boosts the electrolytes in the body, gives more glucose, and moroever it will control the formation of salts to prevent kidney stones.

Avoid Fizzy Drinks

Apart from having these natural kinds of stuff, avoiding fizzy drinks like carbonated drinks are good to go, whereas it is an artificial drink that provides a high chance of producing amino acids in the body. So avoiding fizzy drinks is one of the best options to go for.
